Q: Is there parking available at the venue?
A: There is no parking available at Radio Star. If you do drive, however, there is a garage available at 21 India Street, a 5 minute walk from the restaurant.
Q: What is the best way to get to the venue if I’m not driving?
A: NYC is wonderfully connected by many forms of transporation, so it doesn’t really matter where you stay, it will be easy enough to get around! We would recommend the following modes of transit:
For those open to taking the subway:
The venue is located less than 10 minutes walking from the Greenpoint Avenue stop on the G train that services several neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Long Island City.
Here is a handy link to the latest subway map.
For those feeling adventurous and willing to take advantage of the summer weather, we recommend taking the ferry:
We are super excited that the venue is a 10 minute walk to a water ferry stop! Should you choose to ride across the East River, you’ll get to take in some great views of both Manhattan and Brooklyn.
The ferry stops at only a few places along the waterfront, but we recommend taking it from either E 34th Street to Greenpoint for a shorter ride or taking it from Wall Street to Greenpoint for a longer ride.
The ferry does require a different ticket, so you may want to download the NYC Ferry app or procure tickets at a ferry terminal prior to your ride.
Services such as Lyft, Uber, and old-fashioned taxis are also a great option!
Taking a ride service is a good option as well, but keep in mind that congestion pricing is now in effect in NYC.
Q: Do you have any rules about photography?
A: Nope! We’re happy to have you take photos during the event, and we’d be even happier if you shared them with us following!
Q: Will there be an afterparty?
A: Great minds think alike
